Jar Jar is evidence that Lucas has no friends. A true friend would not have let him do that. Jar Jar will go down in history as the single worst character (out of all characters ever) of all time. And for the record, Wicket is adorable.

You may hate Jar-Jar, but you still gave George Lucas all of your money and a small piece of your soul!!!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHA... Honestly though, I think Lucas believed 10 year old boys would find Jar-Jar amusing, like Annoying Orange.

I was 12 when Episode 1 came out. And I would say that Jar Jar did appeal to my age group. But I do remember about 2 weeks after the movie came out, and the coolness of an almost complete CGI character wore off, I was really disappointed with him. What a waste of space and time.

I remember liking the movie a lot when it came out, but I wasn't necessarily in love with Jar Jar. I certainly didn't find him as annoying as I do today.
